Yeah but you should be good in the 65lb test range...reason i suggest braid is i think after bait swms being slow is key and i am a huge fan of a slack line retrieve with a bend in my line. Braid allows you to set hook on slack line and catch up so to speak.

I use P Line PF 30 lb test on every bait, since the line is thin enough the action and depth of certain baits swimming through the water is not effected. Buying bulk in 3000 yards is best for low memory. Supple line and manageable. Have caught a few good fish on it with no issue & in the end the results are what really counts. Oh yeah its also light in the wallet.
