thastickybandit
when I crimp I squeeze just enough to bind the wire then I take both hands and squeeze the crimper. you'll feel the sleeve crush and bind tighter on the wire. make sure you are using the right wire and sleeves too. Sam_Glasgow_
they are a2 crimps with 60lb wire. the only two i got to stay when I tugged on it with pliers was when i put all my body weight on the crimper
kilog
Are you using non-coated wire?
scoopdaloop
I use 60lb 7strand and A2 sleeves also. Get this, http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Hi-Seas_85_Crimp_Tool/descpage-HSCT.html I use that and I've never had a problem with my hooks coming loose. Make sure you're using the correct slot on the crimp. I use the smallest one with the A2 sleeve.

Jerrystowing
Sam you need to pass through the crimp 3 times. sometimes two times wont hold very tight.

bigworm
Sounds like you need to put a little more muscle into it. If you can pull it out a fish definitely will...

Correct should NOT pull out at all.its also possible your not crimping it tight enough or using the wrong hole on the crimping tool
scoopdaloop
I'm a strong mofo and I still use every bit of grip strength using both hands to crimp.

SacrificeFishing
Just squeeze harder or change crimps. Sometimes the crimp will flatten the wrong way
