Good thing you have the whole thing on video and had witnesses. Regardless, excellent catch and really tells a story about how the next day was fishless after sticking three on Saturday. It's a shame how/why others can't just be happy for a dude. 4lbs of eggs, probaby not, three years have past, the lake and forage could have change, if I recall reading that So Cal trout planting dwindled. bigpoppabass Posted October 15, 2016 Report Share Posted October 15, 2016 (edited) Out here 8s r 6s with a meal inside (a 2lb catfish etc.) so I don't get why a 17 lb fish that gets caught at a much lower weight would draw any scrutiny...that 13lb pic of fish illustrates my point no belly then. Lol....2013 fish is only thing I am curious about and the delay in the release, which I think is a good thing....out here on east coast, I have read many west reports about legendary hard to catch fish under these docks.
