waynem
Like wise I have the orange & green Texas Tackle ones. The other cheapies work fine on conventional small baits bur when you're dealing with big split rings and big hooks you need something better. Campobassmaster
Texas Tackle Split ring pliers, orange for small, green for medium and blue for heavier rings. You will not be dissappointed! What do you define as small medium large??? like split ring size. If you had to pick one pair which would it be?

natalex85
Ok cool. I had a pair of orange TT pliers until I knocked em in the lake the other day. I was about to order an orange and a green but wanted to poll the SBU 1st. Thank you everyone.
dub4502
Just got the Texas tackle orange the other day, they are great. They've worked on the bigger split rings on the 316 wake jr or 9 inch slammer as well as on my smaller square bills.
