brushhawg1
Went out last night. I tied on a RS top in Bluegill and a Slammer . I fished for a couple of hours with no bites and saw a couple of guys sticking them on smaller baits . But I kept grinding and it happened, I felt a tick on my RS , I went to set the hook and I could tell the fish was gone. When I got the bait in , the bait had been hit and the tail was crushed onto the hook. So I straightened out the bait and made the same cast and bam! The fish bit again. 6.1 on my scale. I had a few other bites, but they were pressure bites and it seems that the way they eat folds the tail right over on to the top hook. Any advice on this would be appreciated. swole_t, ZanethePain, BOZ and 7 others

ZanethePain
Nice fish, maybe a decoy quatro on top? Just for the sake of more hook points brushhawg1
