Lot's of overt information but even more you can learn by really watching them fish -- casting angles, retrieve speeds, etc. There is some information that I feel is kind of out-dated (how they rig Hudds and recommending CXX) but 99% of it is just as relevant as the day they filmed it. I generally use co-poly (P-Line PF Original or Izorline XXX) or flouro (Sunline Sniper FC) if I'm only fishing sinking baits. The CXX seems to absorb water or something if I'm fishing all day and becomes less and less manageable. By the end of the day it's like my spool has an afro. Just don't like it.
