SPEEDBEAD
Okuma in that price range. which okuma? To cover what you listed, I would do 7'6" H. Had one and it threw all those baits you listed.
Top Ramen
To cover what you listed, I would do 7'6" H. I've got two of the 7'11" MH rods and they toss 6" Hudds, Slammers and 8" Triple Trouts with no problem.

Top Ramen
I personally don't think it's too stiff at all, but I'm not one of those guys that tries to cross their eyes when I set the hook. I've only had one fish this year hit the trebles on the TT and not get stuck and she really didn't hit the bait hard at all. It seemed like she was trying to make out with it, not eat it. I fish braid on one of them and flouro on the other. I guess you could use mono if you were worried about the rod being too stiff. It comes with the pistol-like grip on the bottom but I sanded it round.
Ceaser
I dont think that the 7'6" heavy is too much for the baits you listed. I have the 7'6" XH and that would be a stretch but the 7"6 should be good to go.
Bumpererx
A mh or h crucial is not a bad choice for the price. Handle is a bit short on the crucial so if you're used to a longer one this could be a nuisance.
TacklemanTybs
I have an all star ASR swimbait rod and it has handled all of those baits you mentioned. It handles real nice and has a more parabolic bend which I enjoy for fighting fish.

That rod will work. It's not to heavy to me , I would use an XH on those baits too.
