Rogervang
Finished up this batch a week ago. I think it's time to deal some things in. Extend the tail section about an inch and thinking about doing it without scales for the next mold. I'm extending the tail so that I would have more room from the bottom fin to the tail section to add a screw eye for the hook. I stuck a screw at the tip of then fin and I did not like it at all. And I had some trouble with bubbles when molding with scales and didnt want to face that again. What do you guys think? Scale/no scale? Bottom fin/ no bottom fin? But in all, me brayden and my wife really like how these came out. Fishfoo and tblando
danthefisherman
Personally I really like it just the way it is right now. It's a good length and I feel like having no hard bottom fin exposes the hooks better. Scales you could do away with and paint them on with mesh. Plus having a smooth bait would make it easier to foil if you ever want to try that out. Either way the bait looks great, Roger! Can't wait to get mine in today! VolunteerSwimbaits
I am going to have to agree with Dan, bait looks amazing as is, but no scales would be something you could change. Rogervang
