TootsMalone
Making another attempt at a baby bass. This one is going to be 4 pieces and have much more detail than my first try. Also going to use a different hinge design on this one. So far the master is coming along nicely. Once it’s all carved i plan on making silicone molds of each segment and pouring a few resin bodies for tuning and testing. 168 Rookie, WestTexasFishEveryDay, DoomDiver and 1 other

TootsMalone
Finished the scales and and matching gills and face on the other side. Have about 4 1/2 hours into carving and still have the fins to go before moving onto the joints

TootsMalone
Decided to try to make soft fins for this one. Will probably use an alumilite product unless anyone has a better suggestion. Cut all the fin masters with extra material for mounting tabs. azsouth and Jstew75
