However, I sent him the payment a little under two days ago and still have yet to get a response from him. Is this normal? I would like to at least know that he got the payment in a confirmation email or something. Is it normal for him to take this long to respond? For guys just getting into swimbaiting you need to realize that lots of the guys making great baits are one-man shops. And some of them have regular jobs and make baits as a part-time second job. The best bait makers are always busy and sometimes swamped. Lot of the best baits come from these small builders, and they don't have a customer service department to handle thing like this- they are doing everything themselves. Its not like ordering Senkos.
