I max out my treble hook baits at 4oz.(Wade Hogg) but most are 3oz or less. Not ready to spend on an LDC yet so I decided on A Spiratlite Mavrick series.I watched Ceasars vid with the 8' H throwing his Micro Mink and it looked pretty sweet.Although it says on the intro its an 8' H "moderate" which Spiralite doesn't make so maybe it was the Mod-Fast ? Would you guys recommend the 8'3" H moderate (11/2-81/2oz) or would I be ok with the 8'H Mod-Fast ( 3/4-51/2oz) ? Other suggestions welcome.
