Procure

I use ProCure, mostly on soft baits. I like that it makes the bait slicker and less likely to wad up and get in it's own way in the fish's mouth. With the big RS, it seems to improve my hook-up ratio a bit but I can't say for sure. I don't want to speak for Sean, but I believe he uses on soft baits for the same reason, as well.

I also use it punching because anything that gets the fish to hold the bait longer, even for a second, improves the hook-up ratio. Yesterday, I stuck 15 of the 17 fish that hit my craw and my two friends, fishing right next to me, got about 1 in 4 of their fish in the boat.

I like that it does make a bait slide easier for a hookset, but I haven't felt the need to use it much. I don't seem to be losing hookups without it, and I would need a good reason for the mess to be worth it.

As for the scent/taste thing... :?::?

Used the trout procure on soft and hardbaits.

X1!

Trout is the 1 for LM...

Herring and other salt-water products work well for me ice-fishing Northern Pike.

Was the lucky monthly winner with this photo.
