browniez
Needless to say this was really surprising. Flat out throttled it. I’ve caught a couple on jerkbaits over the years, but didn’t expect this. Unclefish4life
That is awesome but can be risky business. I quit throwing my Sly's and Bull Glide at a particular lake where I'd catch some nice bass but each trip at least one channel cat would smash it and some got too big for comfort even with 8'3" rod and 20lb line. Had a big one roll and wrap the line around her side fins and line was shredded but luckily didn't lose the bait. Started throwing gantarels instead. Never had a catfish hit a swimbait at any other lake tho...weird. Stills lots of fun tho.
