MaseMan44
It almost seems sacrilegious to have a wire leader attached to the front of a glidebait. That being said, I do fear that a pike may cut off some of my glidebaits, as the big ones have been inhaling 6-7" lures no problem. What type of wire/heavy fluoro leader do you guys recommend throwing, if any? Thanks.

CG_Fishes
I use 100lb fluoro musky leaders I got off of ebay a few years back, they work great on all baits when around toothy critters MaseMan44
WaterWolf44
I started using floro this year for pike 40# and 50# works really good I was getting more action this year. A lot of time i think pike are leader shy. Floro eliminates that problem chevro1et, MaseMan44 and CG_Fishes
Cranky
Stealth Tackle Leaders. Great to have both the Staylok and solid ring options depending on how you want to connect specific baits (split ring or no). For pike 40-60# fluoro will minimize bite offs. 80-100# fluoro will essentially eliminate them completely. 130# and above starts to act more like a stiff leader to minimize fouling with jerkbaits etc. Enjoy. manansalsa
i found some 80 pound crimped flouro leader on ebay. i fish finesse swimbaits like the tk and luckily the leader hasn’t effected the action at all, and if it has, it definitely hasn’t deterred the fish.
