Jackon Gill Posted July 6, 2021 Report Share Posted July 6, 2021 Anyone try the Daiwa Tatula 7’3” or 7’9” H rods ?? Really want a rod for the TK and K9 that is shorter and the only options I saw were the DRT rods until I saw these. The 7’3” can apparently handle up to 4 oz and the 7’9” can do up to 6 oz. Nothing to throw anything too big on but they are sub $200 and I really want to see if anyone here has got any experience with them first. scojangles Posted March 5 Report Share Posted March 5 (edited) The 7’3 is super moderate so I really like using it for treble baits in the 1-2 oz range. Only caught a couple fish on it so far but would definitely agree with whats been said, 4 oz would be overkill. For 2.5oz and smaller its money though.
