Londonmitch
What are you guys using for your rods? I've seen a bunch but only one of them looks and functions the way I want and I can't justify spending the $175+ that this one would cost. Thanks
SwimbaitsatLMV
Build one or check out one from okuma or bass pro
SDBayBassMan
Look at the Okuma Freestanding Rod Rack.. They are only like $45.
Londonmitch
Thanks guys. I bought the promar one which looks identical to the Okuma one except it's black and it's a POS. It'll be going back tomorrow.
Triv
Gotta be careful because a lot of the time the spacing isnt correct for bigger reels/rods so you cant get one in every hole. Does that make sense. I think so.....

Does that make sense. I think so..... That makes sense and I'm planning on getting one that holds more rods to make up for it. The handle length becomes an issue with the Promar one too

Londonmitch
Who makes the one in your pic? Aluminum rod rack is the company and they're available in different colors and sizes
Spectrum
I grabbed a couple of the wood wall mount racks from Cabelas a couple years ago. They only hold like 6 rods a piece, and parallel to the floor versus standing straight up. 8' ceilings and 8-8.5ft rods don't mix obviously. They were only $10 a piece at the time, and no lie they aren't worth a penny more, but they get the job done
Jut
I could make one of them. I use a corner rod rack it works nice holds 12 rods.
ATFISHING1234
Just make one out of PVC and paint it black. You can make it any size and configuration for super cheap, the most expensive item would be the spray paint. my .

Here's a pic: I'm planning on making it for 12 instead of 20 and hope to use black PVC instead. I'll post some pics when it's finished
evilcatfish
I've got a basic circular rod rack I got at Dicks, think it was about $40. Fits nicely in the corner of the room. My bigger cat rods aren't really compatible with it though
