Wake Jr is a killer bait! nice fish

We made one but didn’t swim right. I’m in the works to beef up the tail some, then going to make a 3pc from that. Should help with buoyancy and stability. Hopefully will have something in the works in the next month.

Here’s a few more I’ve stuck this summer on my Biggfeast Baits Bomber Wake. been a fun bait to make and fish now just need a 7+ to eat it haha

Everything I change out based on feel. If my line doesn’t feel good (brittle, too nicked up, or old) then I’ll Chang For copoly/mono, I change out on average once every 3-4 months (fishing weekends only mostly) flouro I change out maybe once every 5-6 months braid I leave on until it gets too low on the spool.

I’m not even in the tournament scene here in SD and have heard a lot of shadiness about him growing up from some reputable people... I always put it off and didn’t care much cause I never fished tourneys, but seeing the video and reading the article, it lines up with a lot of what I heard 10+yrs ago from others. No matter the case, him taking pics with his friends fish and claiming it for records, plus the video is enough facts for me to see the guy kinda sucks.

How can I get my followers to commit?

to put it simply as others have, just change up the action. That means speed up, slow down, twitch, pause, burn, etc... mix it up and see what the fish want that day. Another tip is to learn your bait(s) through and through to see what it excels at to trigger bites. Goodluck -
Shelter Island or Coronado pier probably better options for throwing a full body swimbiat. I'd say go with some paddle tail swimbaits on warbait slayer heads or a jerkbait if you want to get a productive couple hour sesh in.

Love the BABC Tourney concept, but I’m also diggin this one too. Always been a fan of the “one big fish” tourney idea since seeing the HBC tourneys. Plus my little 10ft rig with no livewell could still be used as long as I document the whole catch on vid.

If its in good condition, should be able to get retail or close to retail on it. If its used, would have to mark down accordingly. Theyre available at retail price frequently so wouldn't make sense to up the price on them unless it was some custom one for collectors or something. Retail or slightly less and youll be fair.
