I think it totally defeats the purpose of a hudd, which is to have an extremely natural look and action. Same goes with the firetiger paint and all that, defeats the purpose of using a hudd. If you want more thump and action then you're probably not trying to fool teeners so just use something besides a hudd that is better suited for that

dang! maybe they have hired more people then! that's good to hear. when I ordered on cyber monday it look like 2 months to get 1 bait, even though it said "ships next day" lol. but that's beside the point, can't wait to see what this wood thing is about

I was wondering the same thing. To me it seems like Huddleston gets ahead of themselves. They say they're a small company so it's tough to keep up with orders yet they keep coming out with new stuff left and right. I love new stuff but it seems like maybe they should hire more people??

That cabelas sale on the rats ended today apparently... I canceled my order of 3 rats on overstock baits because cabelas was cheaper, now what!! I'm so mad lol

There's a thread like this over on BassResource, it helps a lot of people out so I figured I'd make one here. Post here when you find swimbait stuff on sale. Cabela's has Spro and Savage Gear rats on sale in all sizes and colors. They also have a decent sale on Gantarel Jr's.
