I’ve taken everyone’s advice and downsized to a 8” meathead. I have 2-3 lbers slamming it all day long over grass beds and submerged tree lines. I still do throw the 11” every now and then I’m too stubborn to put it down, I love the action.

I’ll give it a shot, thanks guys. I’ve really been grinding with the 11” hiro cause I’m looking for the 7 or 8 lurking around in New England. I’ve been throwing that up to 5 hours a day for the past month and I’ve got nothing. Idk what’s going on there but I will defiantly try to get my hands on a slammer

Need some serious advice from anyone who can offer it. Been fishing big baits for 2 years and this is the first year I’ve gone out every time and haven’t caught a single sizeable fish. I’ve been throwing depending on conditions a 11” hiro, Gan Craft jointed claw 230, 8” hudd, matt’s meathead, and a spro Rat. Absolutely nothing. I can’t seem to hook up with or even get any attention tbh. Just looking for some tips so I can get out of this drought.
