  3. Made a keeper tester so I had fun with the paint lol figured I'd fish the bank one direction then fish the opposite direction and the fish see 2 different offerings lol 20231208_153810.mp4
  4. Thanks brotha you know I got one for you ! I'd love to see that Damascus scheme on one!
  5. Heck yeah i can't wait to fish near bluegill beds this upcoming spring as well!
  6. Thanks man ! That's what I'm going for forsure, a little of both for versatility, Ifish alotta ponds with my pops and his friends but they dont have setups for big swimbaits so I figured I'd make something they can throw. I'll have to send you a few once they are perfected and I get some fish on em lol
  7. It walks well with small rod tip twitches , tail flips back and forth nice. I'll get a video on my next outing idk why I forgot to record one lol
  8. Wanted a closer to true panfish profile bait around the size of my small fry but a bit thicker so I can get add more ballast for a better tune. So far I'm really digging it. I kept debating on scales or not. Went with no scales in the end. Got lucky on the 1st tune (never happens lol) and the action was great so made a few more to test the ratio/weight placement and was pleased. R&D continues . Lmk your thoughts so far. 20231124_124255.mp4 20231124_124205.mp4
  9. For 2 part molds you build a box (most use legos) . Fill half with clay (sculpy) then trace your bait on clay and remove clay till you reach the center line of your bait. Add a few nubs and some vents in sections you feel may trap air to avoid inperfections. Rub clay with vaseline and pour the silicone. Once cured remove clay from bottom, flip it, box it , and repeat the vaseline rub then pour 2nd half. This is a rough draft so I'd watch a YouTube video for a visual demonstration. Check out solar baits
  10. Well I finally molded this master lol need to gloss the master better for a smoother shiny cast. Also may change the pour hole location to make it easier for a insert to be added to the mold. Overall it came out OK for now. Biggest issue I've run into is denting towards the head of the bait. Thinking I'm pouring to hot. 10/0 beast hook fits good
  11. Haven't tried a brownie lemme know what you think , still have face /fin details left
  12. Did a crappie fading into shad type paint lol
  13. Thanks brotha! I always tell myself keep em simple but I never can haha half the time I can't recreate what I did to save my life lol
