  1. Hard to describe, but for my 6.3 curado bsf, about one full reel turn, that i describe the cadence as, "whomp, whom, whomp" - start the crank slow to gather the slack, then increase the speed to get the glide going and lastly slowly gathering the slack to finish the full turn - leaving you ready for the next crank Once I got consistent huge wide glides I started playing with the cadence to get different things out of it: can get it to work its way left or right, throw in a quick one - two if there's a lazy follower, etc

    Love that golf course grass
  4. Mine is repainted and the drt is clearly visible
  5. Do you mind showing the drt lettering on the bait?

    Corvina

When i was in socal when we targeted corvina I always used a spook, but my buddy got some on a 8 inch punker They were occasional surprise catches on big hammer paddle tails fishing baybass and halibut

  8. My best results have come from holding my nose 6 inches off the soil at daylight. Adjust your pattern according to the barometric pressure, among the other usual factors, and catch some fatties
  9. cool camera setup, do you have a c2c?
  10. True but i dont know why they are made that way, aren't the shafts and handles indexed with the rectangular cut? Seems that they could all be standard threading without issue
  11. Most likely live bait, or some sort of lead head with rubber on it But talking only swimbaits, considering everything, I would guess a prototype lure in a Japanese lake
  12. Minimum wage is $20/ hour in ca nowadays
  13. Just get a different bait
  14. Op, can you take a picture of them floating, side by side?

  16. I haven't actually weighed them, just quoting the drt site. 3 oz for the high and 4.4 for the lo
  17. My setups were all salt first, freshwater second. So i had a bunch of curado 100 and 200 b, Calcutta. I have one quantum energy 600pt that is the only dedicated salt setup I have. Even my trout setups got to visit the salt
  18. The only weight spec I see for tk is 2 oz for the lo But I'd refer to that klash 9 buoyancy comparison since you have both tks in hand to compare side by side Edit: the weight difference between the Hi and lo klash 9 is 1.4 oz, so for you to have a difference of .2 ounces with the two tks may be variance the paint, but thats just a guess
  19. You should try it, it works great
  20. Did you know that the klash 9 can be waked/cranked down? Lol
