Hey SU, I have a wake jr with a pizz custom upgraded bluegill pattern. Bought it used in new condition. It has a small wear point inside the joint and may have some hook points wakes great and gets down about "6.. Can send detailed pics tonight. Looking for 120 tyd. I also have a xl nez standard lip in a brown/coco leopard pattern. Bought new from triple trout. Came to me with some rash and I added some more and some chips on the back of the bait. 7/10 condition. Looking for 110. Would also consider a trade for a L nez in similar condition. Alright guys. I made my mold, and poured a couple rats. I've having issues with bubbles. Alumilite says it's probably a humidity issue with the resin. I do live on the coast so that may be an issue. I'm working out of garage so it's not exactly a closed environment. The bait came out really awesome though. I've very happy with it. 6.5 inches at the body and about 5.5 oz. Tell me what you think. Deciding I want to go all out on buying my first wake bait and go with some of the best. I would prefer the Wake Jr. but also love the baby wake. Disclaimer: I am a college student waiting on my next paycheck to come in in about a week so I might have to wait a week or so to get the money into my paypal, but i wanted to test the waters now to see how plausible it is to get one of these baits.

Spring is finally starting to show itself in NC and I was looking to get my first wake bait, I'm looking at slammers right now but if anyone knows any good ones that won't break the bank feel free to let me know of them. But I was wondering what colors y'all like for wake baits, down here where I'm fishing its mostly shad and bluegill, but I know color on wake baits can be a little less important. Also what sizes do you like I've heard some debate on the 7 v. the 9 inch. What do you guys like to throw?
