Fried Lemons
Today seemed like the perfect day to go fish. Warm front, overcast, drizzly conditions. I found the river high and muddy so I wanted something that would put out a steady thump that the fish could track. Also needed a weedless bait because I was sinking the bait down into the rocks to escape the current. About an hour in I felt the signature thump I was hoping for. I have a pretty bad track record with beast hooks so I was extra careful to reel tight before swinging. I didn’t give these fish enough credit, the bait was completely engulfed. CG_Fishes
Walleye are dope, and that's a real good one at that, good work
ThatKidInNY
That's a beautiful walleye! They tend to be a pretty passive aggressive fish, but it seems like they will gobble any swimbait in the 6-8in range. Well done!
FishDr
Sweet walleye! A fun fish to target with swimbaits for sure - they’ll definitely choke a big soft plastic swimbait. benczar94
benczar94
I was just day dreaming of throwing some bigger weed less swimbaits for walleye this season! Great fish man
