First time making a resin bait, I've made wood baits and resin is a whole other ball game. I tried everything from MB ratios, weight placement, hinge cut, hook placement, ect. When i started making the bait i wanted a slow wide glide, so i can fish deep or over grass flats. So getting it to swim the way i wanted was what took a long time. Ive finally got it swim the way i want. Ive been able to put it to the test the last couple trips fishing deep and shallow and it sure does get bit. And with so many failed attempts I've been able to practice my painting skills.
