Mitchconners1
Swimbaits 90% of the time but I still love fishing a jig or frog. Still both are bigger fish baits by that's my opinion
Rjoyal
99% swimbaits 1% fly fishing witch is pretty funny to me because I used to be strictly fly fishing but ever since I started throwing swimbaits I can't get enough

SwimbaitsatLMV
Depends on the day but usually I'll have a fair mix. Every bait is a tool and sometimes a swimbait isn't the right tool in that situation. This. I fish to catch fish, big fish. I'm not going out to catch 2lbrs on a swimbape, I will happily throw a 2" Dropshot worm for a 10lbr if the opportunity is there. Do a search on here and you'll see most of the best sticks say the same thing. A lot of them left the site because of people that were "swimbait" fishermen, not trophy hunters. Crazybassfisher
(there is only one kid out of 2000 students at my school who has a clue how to bass fish, ) Im in the same boat dude, kind of sucks but fishing alone can really help you focus on what you are doing. For me 98% swimbaits, 1% jerkbaits, and 1% frogs.
Archtx9
Swimbaits, and a few trips in the summer flipping sonar grass with a slither rig
waynem
I fished 7 or 8 tournaments this year and threw swimbaits about 30-40% of the time. Much of this was summer smallmouth fishing with the fish at 35-55 feet deep where dropshot and football jigs made much more sense. The vast majority of my fishing days were non-tournament with about 99% swimbaits.
mnbassman23
I'm about 60% swimbaits. I'm a jig fanatic though and catch way to many big fish on them to give them up. I also do a little punchin and froggin mid summer.
lwhite115
I use whatever I think will catch me the biggest bass I can. If that happens to be a senko, then I'll fish a senko.
Ceaser
Mostly swimmers, but not passing up on the cool bites like I used to. Some evenings in the summer ill go throw poppers at sunset and bang a whole bunch of fish with big ones mixed in. In the spring, swimmers are at there best for me but when the bites is just right ill go flip a senko and maylay em for a day or two, then go back to the grind. Taking a break here and there helps me keep chucking the biggest stuff. Dropshot did some work on bigger fish for me post spawn bluebird this year... not the funnest way to fish but hooking fish over 5 on a spinning rod is always a nice change of pace. Craw cranks in spring can put 30lb limits in the boat in spring too. hard to pass up on that stuff.

Love fishing soft plastics or 3/8oz Jigs.
brooks19604
I have trouble putting my flipping rod down. I throw swimbaits when i believe they will present me the opportunity to catch the biggest fish.
