R8R Posted April 1, 2015 Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 That make sense specially using swimbaits, a fish knows the size of the bait or fish it's trying to eat so it will use enough suction to eat it's prey. Compare to a small worm which it doesn't need to use much suction to eat a worm. That's why on swimbait fishing usually there is a thump when a bite occurs.
