It was referred to as flash carp when it came out and is also called 'kazukoi.' No idea why the production version is scarce, other than the usual vagaries of the Deps supply chain. That's the Japan Carp (at least that's the description when I bought it) that was released at the Nagoya Keep Cast 2015 show in Japan.
