Loganodum38 Posted May 11, 2018 Report Share Posted May 11, 2018 I would say at least a 200 sized reel, MOST guys throw at least 20lb test and you can generally make a 50 yard cast no problem. Preferably 300 or 400 sized reels are best because there less spool diameter change during a retrieve which Kees your bait at a steady action.
