Jgrow15 Posted August 22, 2018 Report Share Posted August 22, 2018 I consider myself a rookie when it comes to the swimbait game, I've been fishing swimbaits for roughly a year now. Although i am lucky enough to have a great group of friends that have dedicated there lives to swimbaits and are willing to teach me there ways. Ive had troubles breaking the 5 pound mark on a swimbait, came close many times. I ended up going out to test swim a bait my cousin had made for me as an early wedding day present , well it turned out to be the day. Nothing to crazy but it caught me completely off guard and hit like a bus, she went 5.1!
