Most guys complain that 6:1 or even high 5.5-5.8:1 are too fast...i am bummed to see no 5:1 ratio offered, but that could always change. It will be a solid reel, but keep in mind it's daiwa's mid range, so don't expect Z200 performance out of it. Definitely going to be a great contender in the 300 sized reel market, and i'm sure many guys are looking forward to it. I can't wait to see what's on the inside of the reel. The thing you have to remember is that tone is easily misconstrued in emails. People often read meaning into the words they see. That's why I still call parents on the phone for important issues. No harm no foul you two. My .02 X2...I don't teach kids or deal with parents, but the Masters Level Counselors I train are no different. The reels look promising.
