Well I fished this tourney 3 times way........ back when it was called "The Miller" to many of us anyway. It was a draw tourney back then. I cashed 1 of 3 times back then with a limit of smallmouth I got back into your tourney in 2000 I believe it was. I hooked up with my partner in 2001. The past 11 years has been 5 in the top 5 and 4 more in the money (getting a check). We have gone down hill in placing because of lack of pre-fish and lack of my chasing 3 lb fish on smaller tackle . I do believe that after going big only for so long can really take you off the tourney game. Was still fun to fish with my old friend.
