Texasfishn
So I’m kind of embarrassed to admit it.... but I just started fishing 3:16 soft baits yesterday. Couldn’t get bit on anything, so broke out a 6” mission fish and started hammering them. Nothing giant, 2.5-3 pounders, but definitely impressed with the baits. what’s everyone’s favorite 3:16 soft bait to throw? collegebassin and Stephenk

Texasfishn
I’m pretty impressed so far. Only tried the mission fish so far, but I could see me getting crazy in the store.
253caster
Rising sons, no matter which way you rig it. They get BIT
Texasfishn
Anyone tried the 5” line through shad? Looks dope. I bought one but haven’t tried it yet. Been fishing in grass, and it doesn’t look grass friendly. Niki814 and Codyc
collegebassin
I have some weedless rising sons coming and I'm excited. Does anyone know if the 8in weedless needs a 10/0 or 12/0?
Texasfishn
The site says the 8” weedless weighs approximately 2.5 oz and recommend a 12/0 owner beast. collegebassin

dqb
There’s a great video on 3:16 YouTube page about how to rig the weedless ones I recommend watching. He outlines using lead golf tape on weightless beast, easily my fav /most productive way to rig them. basskickinrednick and collegebassin

185vsfrog
6 inch mission fish has been my go to for many years. It’s the OG soft Swimbait for me. Mickey killed it with that bait and has been killing it ever since. I have super confidence with the mission fish anytime of year. It can be fished a bunch of ways also. A very versatile bait.
