Bait Specs

8.5" & 4.5oz

Owner hooks

Casts surprisingly well for a multi joint bait and the splash down isn't that bad either.

the paint is amazing, the trouts were painted by eon, clear coat is thick and durable, detail on the face and fins is excellent, tail material seems very durable and semi firm.

Bait swims at incredibly slow speeds, like barely moving type slow retrieve, it wakes from a crawl to almost a burn, will go under the surface only a couple inches on a burn, doesn't wash it. on the retrieve when you pause it, the bait will stop forward movement but the head section will do this subtle back and forth movement which is really cool. you can wake it at all speeds, I like the swim on a crawl to slow retrieve and that is what's gotten me bit.

the lip is big enough to be able to push its way thru sparse pads and grass and has a nice engraving on the lip.

stuck two fish on it this weekend

a 2.3 which exploded on it as it swam thru some grass on a slow crawl, as it pushed its way thru.

The 4.4 was the most subtle slurp I've seen, bait was passing by a big rock and sucked it down, super good hook placement on the fish.

I've had two hits and two hooks ups so happy with that. Thru the bait all saturday and sunday night and shows no signs of hook rash.

Think this bait will be a winner as the season goes on, especially in the fall with end of season trout stocks here in New England.

Fished the bait last night here in RI, 36 degree air temp, had one fish swallow it from Behind on the 4th or 5th cast, wasn’t expecting much based on temps/time. So it was a welcomed surprise.

to give an idea of how slow this bait swims I’m fishing last night on a shimano 200DC reel, 22 IPT and just super slow creeping it
