yev14 Posted November 16, 2021 Report Share Posted November 16, 2021 I throw mainly wakes and Crawlers (Slammers, Monka, Raid Deka Dodge, UFO, Slammers, Slammers, and Slammers) I love the Dobyns 806 but recently heard good things about the Dobyns 836 Mike Bucca Bull Shad 8'3" Heavy. I own all Dobyns other than my old Gen II irod as far as Swimbait setups. But I personally haven’t thrown Mikes rod. But I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about it. Have even thrown a 250 on it, gently, but I agree with the 3-5 oz being the sweet spot.
