Sealing wood takes forever so I am working on some side deals. Glides have been frustrating so taking a break from them and focusing on wakes. the ugli ass red bait worked out great. Cranks a few feet, walks and wakes good. It’s the one I am going to try and replicate. may be able to find some open water tomorrow to do some testing but we just got 8 inches of snow and it’s bitter cold. Big boi gill wakes and walked and slightly cranked a few inches. When I got back home I added a tail to it. Should help move some water. The other bait is another wake with a big bulldoze lip. The profiles I'm not really happy with but at the end of the day I want the right action. The "deadwalk" subsurface action like the TK is deadly. Ive been able to replicate that with my toxic wakes too.
