waynem Posted August 11, 2017 Report Share Posted August 11, 2017 Tybo got the bait to me a couple of days ago but family stuff kept me from getting to use it until this afternoon. The lack of any wind or clouds meant I only got some casting practice for the first hour but then a few clouds popped up with just enough breeze to ripple the surface. The fishing was still tough but this one crushed it as it came through the branches of a downed tree. She definitely gained back any weight lost during the spawn and weighed 6-8. I'll fish the bait for few more days and then get it off the the next guy in line.
