Was chasing stripers again on the CA Delta. Fishing off the bank in a deadend slough. Wind was howling and the light was getting low. I could tell something big was about to happen. To my surprise this thicc girl hammered the BGC near the bank! She went 6.2 on the scale and made my night! I've been lucky enough to get two of Kevin's Gen3 glides a little early and man do they get bit! Very balanced and and smooth glide. These are XSS so they ride high in the water and are perfect for fishing the grassy waters of the Delta. I can't wait to put these in front of a big striper this spring.

This is my PB, caught on a gantreal swimbait (friends lure). SHe was 6 pounds on the dot. My real Pb was 7 1/2 but it was on live bait so I don’t count it. IMG_1957.MOV

If I sent payment quickly, they better be sending my bait quickly. Cracks me up when guys are Chatty Cathy trying to sell you a bait and then you click send on your PayPal and suddenly they “have a life” and “obligations”. And if they’ve been logging in but not reading your messages…..that’s a no-no.

If I purchase an item and don’t hear back within the same day it’s sketch. I get some people “have lives” or can’t be online all day. But if you’re doing business with someone you can’t ghost em and be doing whatever you want sending it when you want especially if you already received payment. That’s my opinion though. Hope u get ure $ or bait

2021 Hobie Outback was a replacement for my 2019 that cracked..

I just picked up my new yak trailer, custom built by a local builder and thought some of you yak' types would like to see, maybe get some ideas and help me design the next versions! The intention was to be able to carry two wide fishing yaks side by side without overhanging the sides or fenders, be able to launch and recover easily, have a rod locker big enough for the larger reels, a storage box for pfd, paddles, lights, camera pole, cart, cover, and such along with more area for carrying coolers, camping gear, bikes, etc... Beyond that I wanted a trailer that I could see in my truck mirrors, stable enough to run down the highway at 75, with real tires and wheels, no go kart wheels. Between the initial discussions, some sketches, several phone calls and a lot of back and forth, the builder made my ideas into a pretty badass trailer, in my humble opinion! I have it set for carrying one yak in the middle right now, but moving the rails is as simple as removing 4 bolts each, and repositioning. And the best part is that I don't have to load that heavy azz Jackson into the back of my truck anymore!

Recently put the finishing touches on this glide that I made out of poplar. Was going for a golden shiner/small carp look. Joint was way too loose so I put some plastic tabs in there and now she swims great. Also was tail heavy so I added a 2 gram board weight under the nose. 8” long and weighs about 3-4 ounces *Disclaimer* I am NOT putting this up here in search for peoples money.

Communication is vital. I start work at 6am and dont get done til 6pm often but Im always upfront about that when I sell and if I dont make it that day I message buyer that day to let them know. Its not that hard to take 60 seconds from whatever is going on to send a message.
