I don't judge anyone for bedfishing. It does bother me when there are tournaments though, and they get taken off their beds and released a mile away from their bed after weigh ins. I rarely bedfish myself though. Can probably count on one hand how many bedfish I've caught. And I'd never count a dd or mount it if I plucked it off a bed. Jmo

2015 Conquest 301. I don't know the gear ratio but I'd guess it's around 6. It's not slow and not super fast

I think a 908 can do all 3. It casts a 250 fine, and can cast a hinkle trout and ghost just fine. A mother is just about identical in weight as a hinkle trout I believe. So personally if I only brought a ghost, mother and 250 out on a trip, the only rod I'd bring is a 908. Only thing I'd do different is use a 400 size reel

These are my backup 18s, take your pick. Both only taken out once or twice Looking for bgc shad deep in a natural color. Would consider slim gill deep if I can't find a shad -
