    Looking to trade for WCZ Battle Shads, 8 inch hudds, or mattlures ultimate gill hammer tail, if not I could sell. Cracked my camera lens so sorry it's a little blurry. Got a little bit of everything, only baits with wear are the 6 inch hudd, 68 hudd, top mattlures, gillroid, and shine glide. All hudds are rof 5. Top 2 hardgills are floaters, bottom is a SS. 3:16 is a top hook. Gillroid comes with all tails.

    I have been fishing the same lake in Connecticut for about 5 years. I dabbled in the swimbait game here and there the past coupe years, but now I am throwing swimbaits about 90% of the time. It paid off big time. 2 weeks ago caught my 1st ever 8" huddleston bass, which was a 4 pound smallmouth. And 2 weeks later (today) I caught another 4 pound smallmouth (both 4.0 oz on the dot!) on the 175 deps slideswmmer. I have not caught a smallmouth that big in years. Cant wait to see what this fall brings!

    I am a basically brand new to swimbaits and really wanted to try the 68 out. I am not the type of guy who needs brand new gear so if anyone has a couple old 68s they wanna get rid of lemme know.     Went out today bank fishing with a friend after class and stuck this fish at 4.6lbs. Not huge but it's my first fish on a huddleston and I got to watch her eat it! I saw this fish a week before when she bit just the tail right in front of me so I went down to the same spot and made the same cast with no result. Then I moved about ten yards down the bank and casted past another boulder in the water and wham! She nailed and I set the hook but she didn't stick and I fell down the bank on my back and watched my hudd fly in the air and land in the water in front of me. It had landed in a submerged bush in about a foot of water, I quickly got up and realed up the slack when I saw her making a b-line for the bait. I twitched it and she blew through the Bush and inhaled it at my feet. Awsome!

    Hey everyone, I just started throwing swimbaits just to try to get a chance at bigger fish. I recently purchased a LDC white label heavy (2-7 oz. rating). I'm starting to throw 8in huddlestons rof 5, but was looking for other feed back from fellow anglers to see if this was an alright rod to throw them on and what other baits would be fesable to use on this rod. I'm 16 but working 4 jobs over the summer to help pay for swimbait fishing but I'm a novice and not quite sure what to use. Thanks everyone.

    Got my first swimbait fish this year today, went out for around 3 hours after I got out of school and headed to the lake. I got two, and my friend got one, all were on a huddleston 68 special I used a Dobyns Fury 795, with a Daiwa tatula 200Hd with 20lb seaguar invizX florocarbon My friend used a Denali swimbait rod, Daiwa Lexa 300 and 25lb trilene big game
