Jim137a Posted September 15, 2022 Report Share Posted September 15, 2022 @Jinxd12 for a great gill - I’ve honestly been having the best fall since I started throwing swimbaits - traditionally i struggle in the fall but this year I’m on a consistent bite with you waking gill day after day and I’m getting quality fish which is my personal mission with big baits. I’ve tried glide baits this fall and haven’t landed a single bass - alls they seem to want is your waking gill The season is still going on and I’m hoping to keep the flow going. Here’s a few pics of my best with your bait including a 22” healthy bass which isn’t all that common in NJ - and was only a few ounces shy of NJ PB. I hate to sound like an “ infomercial “ for ya but the results I’ve achieved with the 6” wake speak for themselves. Jinxd12 Posted September 28, 2022 Author Report Share Posted September 28, 2022 Couple more went out this week, and a bunch more orders to still fulfill. I beefed up the tail section last weekend when I poured a new mold to help with the "body work" after pouring. Having a fresh mold makes making baits a lot easier and more enjoyable. My next bait will go to a traveling bait list, but hoping to have more baits poured, prepped, and ready for paint each weekend. I have an elk hunt with my oldest so I get to take a break for a little over a week which will be nice! Then back to getting better with the airbrush!
