basshole8190
So me and a buddy had an argument earlier over what size fish fights the hardest. He says an 9+ bass was his best fight. while I've only caught 2 in that size range i think 5-7 lb range gives a much better fight. what's you're opinion? t_tatham19
to me 3-5lb bass fight the hardest. Anything over 5 don't get to crazy when they're caught. The bigger the fish, not a big fight, lots of headshake. Yeah youre going to catch the occasional 6+ aggressive bass that pull all day.. tsteadyslayin
I believe it depends, what time of day, what type of bait (topwater or not) and then, what size fish.

Jace D
You guys catch a DD then come back and tell us what you think. 3 lbers don't fight.
cd7
You kids are on CRACK! The fact that this is a question tells me you guys have never caught one in the 9 lb "range" I'll tell you right now a 9 lber compared to a 5 lber is not even in the same league

Bassindon69
The ones that can close there mouth and DRIVE! 6 lbs go the craziest
Bassindon69
Let me add , no matter how hard or crazy they all come in the same. When using big fish gear. If a fish is fighting you you are going to have a higher chance of losing the battle with big baits.

Facepunch
He uses roofies so that they can't fight... just kind of tough getting them out of the high school band hall without anyone noticing.
