They basically take their normal baits and throw crank air lips on them. I've caught a few small fish on it in the same situations where we were usin regular crank baits... If you don't want to ruin a slammer, get an AC Plug or Optimum OB Minnow and do the same thing. Cheaper than a Slammer, so you wouldn't be ruining an "investment".
