Any advice ? SWIMBO
Take a picture of the reel seat with the reel foot next to it showing how you are attempting to put it in and post it. Edited October 28, 2019 by SWIMBO

Ceaser
It’s not a defect it’s bad design. That’s why I stopped helping that company they cut the threads on the seat short to “improve cosmetics”. It could have been cut shorter on accident and is a defect , I don’t know but this a something I warned them about. Spiralite has a great base product I believe. It’s the people in the company that have steered it wrong. While the reel seat isn’t the biggest issue, I think the way they are handling situations like this horrible, customer service is nil. I’m sorry your having to deal with that stuff. hookedonbigbaits, basskickinrednick, Loganodum38 and 1 other
