bassbass
No way to really tell from a picture. You can long arm or short arm, needs to be but on a scale. 185vsfrog
Kyle1387
Could be 22 if the girth is enough. Thickness will make the length disproportionate.

El_Weruso
4-5lb fish by my guess but who knows until you weight it. This type of stuff cracks me up, a while back there was a guy at the lake ramp saying he had caught a 7-8lber but needed a scale to confirm. My friend lets him weight it on his generic rapala scale and it gave a 3.25lb reading so he thought the scale was bad or defective. I pull out my Rapala Tourney scale 15Lb max hella accurate scale and gave the same reading. The disappointment on his face cracked me up. chefchris
Fish has a huge mouth compared to his hand, but could have tiny hands, tough to tell. there’s a surfcaster here that’s all of 5 feet tall, he does catch cows but every fish looks massive next to him, he caught a 62lb fish and it’s literally almost the same size as him, his 11’ rod is more than twice is height. It's actually comical how often ppl with no scale assumes their Bass is over 5lbs!!!! Doomlurker, Niki814, Pgbassin and 1 other 3
swimbaitrookie
Seriously though, if there's not a prize to be had what's it matter what it really measures / weighs? If he thinks it's a 7lber, let him enjoy his glory. Even though it's just a long armed 4 danthefisherman, ewillsd, 185vsfrog and 3 others
buzzed bait
there's about a million (or more) things better to do than worry about someone else's fish.... go catch one as big or bigger, document it properly and put the whole thing to bed! jdjtexas, MillerDaPikeKiller, StriperAddict and 2 others

Rogervang
Time to get a scale. But good fish regardless. On the other hand guess the weight on this bad girl. Jk you don't have to guess. Shes a 7lber. Hmoob, Seahaecker, El_Weruso and 2 others
