  1. Sweet trip man. Thanks for sharing all the pics and storys with us!
  2. Seen posted a few times eleswhere that Sunday night's are when that magic restock happens.
  3. Nice Fish man. I'm a striper guy and I'm dying to fish for some wipers. Looks like you got a NICE 1.
  4. Hell ya man. That looks like a fun trip. Nice Fish!
  5. I do fairly well on the small Shellbacks (pollywags) rigged with a 4/0 beast. They're priced pretty. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to target smallies.
  6. I'm not completely up to date on the Burrito. Wayne has a Post up on Universe for a 6" jig hook? I'm not sure that's what youre looking for but maybe worth checking out.
  7. These are gonna be killer. Can't wait to get my hands on a couple.
  8. Managed to land a new pb today. I know there's bigger and I'm gonna find them eventually. She ate the Wade Hoggs which was a super exciting bite. I'm not a big top water or wake guy at all but dam that was an unexpected bite! I've been targeting stripes with swimbaits the last few years and haven't really took the time to figure out how to approach the green ones. The last couple months the striper bite really died in my area and I had to find a way to feel that tug. So I stepped outside my normal comfort zone and started to break down some new water while searching for the green ones. I noticed the gill were spawning and it was a no brainer that I needed to be throwing a gill bait. I've tried a handful of baits but ended up having the most confidence in the Wade Hoggs. The size, action, and noise it throws off seemed like it would make for a killer snack. I'm glad I stuck with my gut feeling and decided to stick with it. Here she is. A 6lb 3oz Nevada fish. I know it' no DD but it' a huge step in the right direction for me and a respectable fish for my area. #ofisholyreel
  9. Pm on the burrito's
  10. I suggest sending it out to a "Wrapping Professional". This will probably be the smartest, quickest, and best fix IMO. The guys that wrap baits have to strip all the old paint off and will be able to see all the damage and cracks. They'll probably lay an epoxy coat and then lay the wrap and another coat of epoxy. That's what I would do if I were in your shoes. Its better then having a paper weight and waiting on Roman to may or may not come through. I highly recommend Alex @ Realistic ofcourse
  11. I've got some baits from japan and they cut a line in the hook protectors and flip them upside down. Seemed like a good idea to me. served the purpose
  12. Awesome write up! Now you're blessed with that curse of trying to out do yourself and you set the bar high. That's what makes it fun and worth doing. Congrats man!
  13. If you make your way to Vegas let me know. I wouldn't mind hitting the water for a few hours with your company man. Shoot me a dm if you make it out this way.
  14. Had some down time and figured I'd share a few fish pics. Gotta get my post count up and earn my participation trophy haha. All fish were caught from Lake Mohave within the last year. Nothing big but, a swimbait fish is always a good fish . I'm currently in the summer blues(4 skunk trips in a row). I need a fish in a bad way tomorrow. Wish me luck guys.
  15. I've lost a few BBZ'z a while back and thought that suuuucked. Wasn't until casting off my first 250 it hit me how bad a bait loss sucks. Icing on the cake was the second I casted my 250 off, my buddy Fatfishslayer hooked into a fatty and his new pb striper 100yds away. I can hear them shouting joy and happiness while I'm circling around trying to find something that resembled my bait and telling myself I wont drown if I jump overboard..... It sucked! It beat me up for a few weeks and my fishing suffered because of it. I've lost a few nice baits since. Its all part of the game. Worst loss was a Hinkle on a 20-25# stripe a few feet from the boat. That one hurt the most cause that particular one was responsible for my PB (I should've just hung that one). I've since then rebuilt a strong arsenal of baits I frequently use. It makes your life a bit easier and less stressful with the concept of "ish happens".
  16. There's a good back 8.5 softail listed on badlands on fb
  17. I'm a striper guy because I can't figure out the Bass in my local lakes. But here's my PB caught her in March. I'm on a mission to beat the lake record 67# which is showing to be super TOUGH! But ultimately that's what we're all trying to do! Thought I'd share the pics because they're just so dam cool! Lake mohave fish (Infamous Willow beach) 39 inches and 28# Hope you guys enjoy the pics
  18. Not hurting my feelers. Any bait is only worth what a person is willing to part ways with. I only have eyes for 2 baits. One of which I'm lacking from my pile of baits. We all know there is a market for pats to go for 3-500$ didn't think I was that far off from what I was asking in trade. That is why I left those key words up to make me an offer. I'm quite sure I'll fetch the expected 3-500$ in the sellers market when I'm that motivated to sell it. Thanks for your opinions though.
  19. Yep. 3:16 Beast the 11in one.
  20. Looking for Hinkle trout or 3:16 Beast for trade. Will hear out cash offers as well. Not looking for anything else really. Shoot me a text @ 702-350-0909 or message if interested. Other baits not for sale just there for size comparison. Thanks
  21. Best paint remover for the skin would be nail Polish remover (don't be afraid to buy the 5-8$ bottle). Good luck with the trade
  22. I've got an hph and phoney for ya! Send me a text if there's interest 702-350-0909
