Updated pic since I added two new custom matching F5's to my arsenal.

(1) XH

(4) H

(2) MH

All are paired up with Calcutta Conquest 400A's.

Out of curiosity why do you use 400 size reels on MH rods? Line capacity? Or just like having consistency across all your setups?

Took a huge drag off the hype pipe and snagged one of the DRT 79 Remix that were up last weekend. First impressions are good. Build quality is nice, components are solid, blank action is nice and moderate but seems like it’ll be versatile as well for larger softbaits. I plan to use it for baits up to about 12oz or so(that’s the biggest I have) but it’s rated to 35oz. I feel the 35oz rating is way way over rated unless you just lob it short distances.

I’ll be taking it out fishing on Sunday so I’ll learn some more then.
