I am sure most people are just chalking it up as a lesson learned and accepting the fact they lost their money which is fine and probably what i would do. However, it bothers me that he is still accepting orders on his website as if they are in stock and ready to go. I can't find any information on weather or not the baits are built and ready to ship, or if they are built after the order is submitted or if you have are put on a waiting list for next release. Its not like they are bait that are a must have. they look and fish good but nothing special. joint pins on my baits I had rusted and stained the joint. Just comsmetic, but why not use a stainless pin? Also seen more than a few baits break right at the joint... no thanks!!
