Fall of 74 wraps up
LowSpinner and 4 others reacted to Fallof74 for a topic
Couple of things here, This thread originally was alerting that my wraps were in stock. It was hijacked by a person who made my wraps for the last year and a half before staring his own wrap company without telling me. Used all the contacts I developed for materials, labels, zipper etc (ever wonder why our wraps look so similar). When I stopped having them make my wraps I bought more material to send to my new manufacture, however I accidentally sent the material to him (the website used the old delivery address instead of the new one). I asked if he could forward it along and he said he would. He kept half the material and sent the other half. Seems like stealing to me. I have proof if anyone wants that. Take a look at the scammer threads that keep getting referenced. 2013? That is 10 years ago. I dare you to find any proof of the original scamming accusations, not just accusations, but proof. I know why I was accused and I know who started it. That is all history now. I started Fallof74 in 2017, I've had 876 orders since I started. Zero issues, in fact nothing but compliments. I have so many transactions on here and other platforms for the last 10 years, any reports of scamming? Nope. I have donated to almost every single giveaway that has come my way. I give away wraps at the dock at least once a week to guys who come up and talk to me. I also make wraps for lots of companies that I do not charge for, I just donate them. This all boils down to a guy who started his own wrap company and is trying to slander my name by brining up old threads to make it look like I am scamming. Like I said, do your due diligence and find the truth. Pulling up 10 year old threads of accusations is not proof. I can tell you the story of how that all got started. Ask me. I don't care that he started his own wrap company, be my guest. I don't own the patent. But stop bashing me to further your own company. That is all I have to say, I no longer wish to address this. I want to move on and be a positive influence to this community that I love so much.5 points -

His new username or the old one(s)? Just read through the threads about his now deleted account and its pretty insane to me that so many people are able to shrug that amount past scamming off. Glad someone brought this back up. Crazy how everybody hates scamming until it involves somebody imbedded in the industry and then it's all of a sudden a bad look for you to talk ish on the past scams. Seems like a pretty knarly double standard to support someone who has pulled so much of the same ish everyone rips on regularly...4 points

You make it sound like doing the due diligence by looking at your past on this site and many others with a Google search doesn't just make it look worse for you. You were literally a professional scammer and rip off artist for years and used multiple different aliases on all the major forums to do so. Got banned from most of them. Not like you were a stupid kid pulling scams, you were a grown man purposefully scamming a lot of fishermen out of their hard earned money. Sorry, but your response seems extremely disinginuous...3 points -
Daiwa z2020 w/ Studio Ocean Mark Handle
bassfishing24/7 and 2 others reacted to manansalsa for a topic
*READ* -> I have a daiwa z2020 that is in overall good condition but needs some maintenance. The reel sounds a bit dry so I will include both classic daiwa oil and daiwa space age grease. Also, if you burn the handle and then abruptly stop, the spool will keep turning for a split second and the anti-reverse (I’m guessing) will make a noise. This only happens when you have absolutely zero resistance on the other end, and the spool is able to move extremely fast, i.e. if you are fishing normally and have a bait tied on, you’ll never get the retrieve going fast enough to run into this issue. I’m not sure how easy it will be to fix said issue. The reel is completely silent on the cast and casts amazingly. The reel also comes with a studio ocean mark handle & oversized bolt. I am asking $180 TYD, if you have any questions about the reel LMK.3 points -

Zero days. When I lived in RI I would have a 3 day limit at the end of the year when the water was starting to freeze, if I went 3 times with no fish I would hang in up until ice out. If your water is not going to ice you should be able to change things up to get at least a fish, last resort is a smaller 4 to 5 inch gill or shad soft bait. OP change things up, baits and retrieve style, 2 years is not good.3 points -

More TK fun +Pb Swmbt Smallie
thebeardedbassman and 2 others reacted to ThatKidInNY for a topic
Took my girlfriend out today for our first fishing adventure together. Needless to say we had a blast! Got her her first swimbait fish and then I got my PB smallie! 3lbs 10oz 20 1/4in. Caught 6 fish in the TK and then threw a vision 110 around for crappie. Also a crappie on the cha cha glide.3 points -
It's a bit idiotic to put a bait out for $400 that only the maker claims to of caught fish on with no C2C (I'd redact this statement if a C2C was posted) Meanwhile other makers like the WCZ tyrant trout, bullshad, bgc, nates etc go through more rigorous testing with actual footage for baits half the price. Just the opinion from a guy he blocked for asking if he worked a Collab on this bait with Andrew (Hinkle) lol3 points

As a Millwright by trade, I have installed a numerous amounts of the machinery and conveyors that run in many post offices and package sorting facilities as well as other places. A lot of them machines run on automatic with scanners to sort through the packages. I recommended never sending anything in a padded envelope (or any envelope for that matter. Even padded ls with a diaper LOL). Some of them machines move fast and are brutal on packages If something does open, fall apart or otherwise, it could be sitting under a piece of machinery for years to come or someone else’s possession. I highly recommend sending items, where applicable in boxes and well taped. just my two cents.3 points -

Been working on this bait for a while in my spare time and figured id share. The molds I made for this bait worked but required a little too much clean up work and the symmetry was a tad off. I recently had help through Row Innovations dialing in the symmetry and making proper molds but haven't had time to use the new molds yet. Here is a pic of the old version before refinements. Bait is about 5" and just under 2oz.2 points -

Selling a Hinkle Shad painted by Pizz Customs. Bought from the bass-a-thon release years ago. Have fished it and caught 4 fish and does have some minor paint chips & minor wear and tear from fishing it. Swims great, has the mojo. PB smallie
I_dont_fish_swimbaits and one other reacted to Adonelan75 for a topic
One of those days absolutely nothing going right. Equipment malfunctions, frustration, follows, and the smell of skunk hung in the air. I have zero confidence with glides, always wanted to throw them but never really got it. Decided after a lunch break to tie on my brand new Doomrider and just cast that until I learned it. If I’m gonna skunk I’m gonna learn something. 4 casts in a decent one breaks off at boat…. I’m thinking here we go man what a day…. 3 casts later I got my pb smallie, 2 casts after that I get one that shatters that. Then it was lights out the rest of the time I was out there until the bite shut off. Thankful for grinding it out!2 points -

Picked up this 2002 alumacraft fisherman 145ltd for the Quabbin last July. Has a 20hp 2 stroke with some mods to get me going a little better since we have a HP limit. Currently it is completely torn apart as I redo the foam, add the sonar I want and build a new casting deck. Should be lightened up and ready to rip by the season opener this year! Can’t wait. here is a 12’ Jon boat I built 2 season ago for pond hopping but my buddy currently has it . That was a fun project. I’m all about the tiny boats lol1 point -
