I’m looking into a glide bait around 7 inches , 2-3 ounces. Throwing on a dobyns 795. I’m stuck between deps 175 off eBay for around 60$ vs a retail megabass islide 185 for around the same price. Also considering the gan craft 178. I can only get 1 right now, which one should I get ???? Need help

After swimming for my bait, had a crazy encounter with a follower (or two). I saw one bass following and flash at the bait as I pulled it out of the water. Tried to cut her off as I thought she was going back deep. Then BOOM hooked up. I don’t know if that was the original follower or a second bass tracking from a distance. I probably need to add a polarized filter on my gopro...

Deps have lip weights removed to become slow floating. Swim great! 100.00$ shipped, will not split bullshootets up. caught this smallmouth late spring while shore pounding the colorado river, didn't bring my scale. I decided to mark my rod and messurred it later at 23 inches, definitely my pb smallmouth. Any guesses on the weight?

Caught this smallie on the Deps slide swimmer 175 in Butch Brown hatchery trout, it came out of about 20 feet of water and followed it until i turned the bait around, then it thumped it. it was the biggest one of the day at about 3.25 pounds. got a couple more bites and a little 2 pounder, also on the slide swimmer. Definitely gave me some more confidence in throwing these big baits for smallmouth.

--TRADES ONLY AT THIS TIME-- let me tell you about these baits I have first. 4x4 bullgill is slow sinking, slygill is slow float used with missing paint/rash, mag gill is custom painted and low float, 190/160 bullshooters have weights removed so they are now a slow float. Hyper herrings, one is a wake the other a crank down. DRT Tiks are used and come with lips. Toxic baits are all used but in great condition, I have the original tails and some extras as well. I will gladly send additional pics of specific baits if someone has what I need. Also, I have some soft baits to sweeten the right trade deal, burritos.... Haha At this time I am not selling anything.....
