So I’m buying a 908 to throw a Deadtwitch, 10” hudds, and big glides like the mother. I’ve been reading forums for like a week trying to decide if I could get away with one of my lexa or Tatula 300s spooled with 25lb mono would that work for this setup? Or should I try to get a lexa 400 and run 30lb?

Hey guys recently picked up this Roman made mother in the US Gill color that just came out. I have ONLYthrown it in alittle koi pond to check how it looks and its AMAZING! So this RM Mother is like new great condition. I am looking to get rid of it mostly for a good combo (Rods: LDC, Phenix, maybe a G Loomis) (Reels: shimano or diawa).
